LEAGUE player and Football Development Squad mentor Daniel Graham has been appointed Collie Eagles colts coach.
Graham is excited at the challenge of his first coaching job, combined with other responsibilities at the club.
His main focus is to make sure every player in his team improves during the season.
Graham said he will make sure his players adopt a structured game play before the first game against Eaton Boomers. "I'm very big on structure," Graham said.
He said players had to be better than spontaneous on the field if they wanted to excel. "Football is just so structured these days."
The colts needed to consistently train until the game plan became second nature, Graham said.
