COLLIE Coles and Woolworths have confirmed they will take advantage of the new extended trading hours which were given the final nod yesterday afternoon.
Extended trading hours were given final approval yesterday and will be gazetted tomorrow (Friday), meaning extended trading hours are effective from Saturday.

Coles and Woolworths will be open until 6pm on Saturday and opening Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
Businesses will be able to open Monday to Friday 8am until 9pm, Saturday 8am until 6pm and Sunday and public holidays 11am until 5pm.
Shops cannot open ANZAC Day, Christmas Day and Good Friday.
These trading hours allow for businesses to open but they are not compulsory and businesses can choose whether to open or not.
