"We have contracts with Verve Energy, Scott Park Homes and Collie Hospital, among others."Mr Welhan said some of the more well-known local projects he had done include The Ridge apartments and restaurant and the apartments at Wellington Boulevard.The business does work throughout the South West, including Donnybrook, Harvey and Narrogin."I do discounts for pensioners. I always make sure I do that to look after the older people," Mr Welhan said."We do a lot of insurance work with storm damage and that sort of thing."
