SENTENCING looms for MICHELLE Joan Hart, 31, after she admitted in the Collie Magistrate's Court on July 23 a string of charges. Hart pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting a public officer, one of disorderly behaviour in public, two counts of common assault and one count of obstructing police officers. Hart also pleaded guilty to four counts of stealing, for which she was required to pay compensation of $152.98. She was also convicted of possessing cannabis and the drugs ordered destroyed.

BRADLEY Roy Richard Gridley, 23, admitted to two counts of breaching a community order.
The orders, relating to one previous count of breaching bail and one previous count of destroying or damaging property, were cancelled and Gridley was fined a total of $700.

MEGAN Sylvia Chatley, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia on which there was an illegal drug or plant. Chatley will be sentenced in Bunbury Magistrate's Court on October 13. The paraphernalia was ordered to be destroyed.

Yeomans was ordered to return the stolen property and pay $200 compensation for the fraud offence.
