THE Shire of Collie is developing a community based Public Health Plan to reflect the town's thoughts, needs and aspirations.
Gathering this information will help the Public Health Plan meet community needs.
All surveys submitted will go in the draw for a $100 grocery voucher and take 15-20 minutes to complete online.
