Two arsonists have been caught on camera setting fire to a hair salon in Karawarra, near Bentley.
Police say the offenders smashed the front window of the Waterford Plaza business around 2am on Saturday and then pushed a wheelie bin into the salon and set it on fire.
Firefighters got to the scene quickly and put out the blaze before it could spread to other businesses.
The fire caused about $50,000 damage.
The CCTV footage shows one of the arsonists was masked.
Police say that rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information which leads to the conviction of an arsonist.
