A 19-year-old White Gum Valley man has been charged over the fatal stabbing of his mother on Monday night.
Police found Joan Hendry, 52, dead when they arrived at her Stevens Street home just before midnight on December 15.
The mother of two had died from multiple stab wounds.
Her teenager son, Gabe Lang, has been charged with one account of murder.
The 19-year-old man will appear at a bedside court in Fremantle.
The court time and date will be set after consultation with the Fremantle Magistrates Court.
