The Collie Library have jumped on board the current trend of adult colouring -in and started a colouring club just for grown-ups.
Library manager Alison Kidman encouraged people to come and try the club out if they want a relaxing place to unwind.
“The world is so busy these days I think people appreciate just taking the time to stop,” she said.
“Adult colouring in has really taken off, coloured pencil supplies were running low and it took a couple of weeks for our order to come in.”
“We have pictures and pencils, people can bring their own snacks, and we have a coffee machine on site.”
Club member Carol Weir said she enjoyed taking some time out in a relaxing environment.
“It’s really relaxing to just sit and colour in,” she said.
“We hope to get more people on board; it’s a good way to meet new people.”
Fellow member Carol Weir said the club allows you to get away from electric devices and iPads for a while and takes your mind off things.
“Its really relaxing, just as good as meditation and with the same results,” she said.
“Some of the designs are really intricate so they take a while to complete.”
“Why should kids have all the fun.”
The club runs on Wednesday from 2.30pm-4.30pm and is adults only, there is a child friendly session that runs from 2pm-3pm on Fridays.
