The race for the seat of Roe is still on in a hotly contested election, and neither candidate is ready to concede.
Liberal candidate Graham Jacobs said he was not counting himself out of the race yet.
However, he said he would prefer to be in the position Nationals candidate Peter Rundle finds himself.
