The morning temperature may be dropping, but one rower who braved the cold managed to capture stunning vision of dolphins flying high out of the Swan River.
Jay Colton witnessed the high-jumping pod around 6:30am on Thursday near Deepwater Point and managed to film it on the water.
Rowing WA CEO Daniel Tackenberg said it was common to see dolphins out and about on the river but to see them jump this high was something special.
"There was a flurry of fish around before so I would say the dolphins were trying to round them up," he said.
As they say, it's just another day in WA.
