Collie welcomed 2015 with open arms in these editions of the Mail.
Local children were enjoying their summer holidays with those at the PCYC treated to a reptile day with snakes and lizards on show.
Meanwhile 12 Collie swimmers qualified for the 2015 WA Country Swimming Championships in Perth.
To gain entry into the Championships competitors must have recorded a qualifying time set by Swimming WA for every individual event they contest
That month also saw Harris River Estate launch its Partner in Crime craft beers, and had Australian fast bowler Garth McKenzie on hand to open the microbrewery.
And of course, January 2015 saw locals out enjoying the summer sun for Australia Day.
