YouthCARE will be holding its annual carols by candlelight event at the Bendigo Bank Music Shell in Central Park on Sunday, December 10.
The yearly event sees the community come together for a night filled of fun and Christmas-inspired performances.
This year’s event will see performances from the community choir and the Collie Senior High School orchestra, while the primary schools will also be presenting items.
Everyone is invited to come on down with their blankets, chairs and families for an enjoyable night of Christmas fun.
The action on the stage will begin at 6.30pm, but there will be a sausage sizzle in Central Park at 5pm. You will also be able to purchase candles to really get into the carols by candlelight spirit.
There will also be face-painting and ice cream stalls for the kids that will open at 5pm.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Collie YouthCARE Council that supports keeping chaplains in all of Collie’s schools.
The YouthCARE support team in Collie would also like to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
