Do you need something to do for Australia Day this year?
The Shire of Collie will be hosting its annual celebrations at Central Park.
The event will kick off at 7.30am with a parade, followed by a ceremony which will start at 7.45am.
The ceremony will include presentations for the citizen of the year, young citizen of the year, environmental award and community group of the year.
The Collie Lions Club will then provide a barbecue breakfast for $5 per person after the ceremony.
There will also be evening entertainment with an outdoor movie screening of the film Zootopia.
The event will be free with entertainment and games in Central Park starting at 6pm before the movie screening starts at 7.45pm at the Bendigo Bank Music Shell.
The Collie Mineworkers Memorial Pool will also have free entry on the day and will be open from 10am until 7pm.
