There’s nothing more Australian than the humble pavlova, so this Australia Day the Collie Mail wants to find out who makes the best pavlova in town.
There are some great prizes on offer to those who make the best basic pavlova, with no decorations, and the best decorated pavlova. However, the pavlovas must be made from scratch.
To enter the competition, drop your pavlova off at the Collie Mail office by 12pm on Monday, January 22.
Entries must be clearly labelled with your name, phone number and a list of every ingredient used to make it.
The maker of the best basic pavlova will win a Breville Fast Slow Pro from Collie Betta Electrical, while the winner of the best decorated pavlova will receive a homewares gift hamper from Cheeky Squirrel.
The winner will be notified on the day and the result will be published in the January 25 edition of the Collie Mail.
