Collie’s radio-control car racing fans are getting ready for a Saturday filled with racing action.
The Collie RC Club is hosting a series of races on February 10 for the 1/10th RC Offroad Electric Racing.
The day’s races will be divided into 1/10th Buggies, Short Course Trucks, 1/8th Superlites, and the vintage open class.
The track opens at 11.30am while nominations will begin at midday before races kick-off from 1pm, with races going all throughout the day, finishing at around 7pm.
Entry to the track at the Collie BMX Club on Robb Street will be free for spectators, with race nominations costing $5 per vehicle for members and $10 for non-members.
Racers are obliged to bring their own tables, chairs, marquees, extension cords and pit lights.
