Collie played host to a youth festival, celebrating the contributions of Collie’s young people to the community, on Saturday, March 10.
There were a wide range of activities set up in Soldiers Park and at the Collie Skate Park for young people to enjoy.
The bubble soccer was a particularly big hit with the kids, while laser tag and gladiator battles were also available for kids to try.
Over at the skate park, Freestyle Now hosted skateboard, scooter and BMX competitions throughout the afternoon.
There were also a range of food vans and other activities for kids to enjoy during the festival, which was organised by the Shire of Collie’s Youth Advisory Committee.
Festival-goers won’t have much time to rest, with Collie also playing host to a Harmony Festival, to celebrate diversity in the community, on Saturday, March 24.
