Collie Power have been knocked out of the nation-wide FFA Cup competition after a strong performance from Perth-based team BrOzzy SC.
The Power hosted BrOzzy at Roche Park on Sunday, March 11, with players battling warm conditions on the day.
The first half was competitive, with both teams having chances and moving the ball quickly down the wings.
BrOzzy took the lead mid way through the first half, but Collie equalised not long later.
The score wasn’t level for long though as BrOzzy scored another to take a 2-1 lead into half time.
BrOzzy took control after the break and ended up piling on four more goals to claim the 6-1 win.
While the result knocks Collie Power out of the FFA Cup competition, it was a good effort from the team in their first competitive match for the season.
