A 59-year-old Wilga woman was airlifted to the Royal Perth Hospital on Saturday afternoon after a car crash on Mornington Road.
Collie Police acting Senior Sergeant Terry Townsend said the woman had suffered a fractured pelvis in the crash and would have scans to determine if she had received other injuries.
Senior Sergeant Townsend said the woman was lucky to not suffer more serious injuries after her car rolled over while travelling towards Collie. He said police were not sure how or why the car rolled over, but that police inquiries into the accident are continuing.
No other vehicles were included in the crash.
The RAC rescue helicopter airlifted the woman to Jandakot Airport, where she was taken to Royal Perth Hospital for scans and treatment. She was transferred to Fiona Stanley Hospital a few days later.
