The Shire of Collie is running its annual community perceptions survey to allow local residents to have their say on decisions within Collie heading into the future.
The survey will be open to all residents until the end of the month and the results will help the shire understand how the community is feeling about the town and where it is going in the future.
Shire of Collie chief executive officer David Blurton said the survey was an important part to meet community expectations.
“The survey is very important part of gauging our success as an organisation and ensuring that we are meeting community expectations.
It gives the opportunity for the community to have their say about a range of issues and provide suggestions which the council will consider as part of its future planning processes,” Mr Blurton said.
Shire of Collie president Sarah Stanley said it’s important the community’s views were heard.
“It is important that people from all sectors in our community provide feedback to ensure their views are heard,” she said.
