Historic motorbikes will take over the Collie Motorplex this weekend, with the Historic Competition Motorcycle Club WA hosting its final championship event of the year.
The motorplex will host the sixth round of the club’s Historic Competition Motorcycle Club Championship between Saturday, September 22 and Monday, September 24.
The weekend will also feature the WA state championships.
The event will see more than 100 competitors of all ages from across the state competing to take out the title on a range of different motorcycles from the 1930s onwards.
Saturday will be a tuning day as competitors have a chance to to practice on the track before the competitive racing takes place on Sunday and Monday.
Riders will begin hitting the track at 9am on all three days, with entry to the motorplex free for spectators.
The weekend will be the sixth major race event hosted by the club at the Collie Motorplex for the 2018 season.
