Police have charged a 37-year-old Collie man after a crash that resulted in the death of a cyclist in Binningup in June.
The man had assisted police with their investigation into the crash and was charged with careless driving causing death on Sunday, August 19.
He will appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court on October 10.
Police were called to a crash involving a truck and a cyclist on the Forrest Highway, just north of Noble Street in Binningup, at approximately 11.35am on Sunday, June 3.
The male cyclist died at the scene as a result of injuries suffered in the crash.
Police have not revealed any other details about the circumstances surrounding the crash.
