Colour in smaller appliances has been around for a while but finally you have a choice of colours in your major kitchen items.
Smeg’s Victoria cooker was originally released in black or panna with a seven burner gas hob, but will now entice cooks looking for new technology and bold colour.
The Victoria is now available in a five-zone induction format in the luscious colours of pastel green, red wine, stainless steel and white (as well as the original black and panna).
Its two 70 litre multi-function ovens each have Smeg’s unique Thermoseal technology whereby the oven cavity creates a perfectly controlled cooking environment to ensure roasts are moist and succulent; pastries are crisp; and cakes are light and evenly risen.
The Victoria also features Smeg’s superior Ever Clean enamel which is highly durable and easy to clean, an electric grill with two cooking levels plus a storage drawer.
Each of the five induction zones has a Boost Function to provide intense heat for tasks such as stir frying and rapid boiling. The appliance is fully programmable and features soft close oven doors.
The Smeg Victoria TR4110I (and a smaller TR90I) plus matching rangehoods are available nationally. Some colours, such as pastel green and red wine, require a customer order.
The Smeg Victoria TR4110I, 110cm with induction is $9990 and the TR90I, 90cm with induction is $7890. The matching rangehoods are $2690 and $2090 respectively.
