Central Park will be transformed into a hub of creativity on November 10, with Collie to play host to the Art & Tech Fest.
Run by Operation next Gen Collie to launch Global Entrepreneur Week, the day-long festival will feature a number of creative activities covering the fields of visual arts, filmmaking and music.
Budding filmmakers will have the chance to learn how to build an idea into the production of a short film from award-winning filmmaker Richard Todd of Aquarius Productions through a workshop.
Bunbury-based artist Andrew Frazer will share his real-life experiences to inspire future artists in a workshop that looks at the relationship between art and business.
There will also be entrepreneurial think tank events for both the film and music industries, with names such as Richard Todd, Dean Lomax, Vinnie Crea, Dan White, Kate Hindle, Clive Hogson and Joe Powell talking about emerging opportunities in their respective fields.
The day will also feature a celebration, with a video art performance set to light up the park along with live music performances from Blue Child Collective and Collie's own Kate Hindle.
Aspiring musicians will also have the chance to take the stage as part of an open mic session, with experienced musicians on hand to give support and constructive feedback.
