Amaroo Primary School will be holding their Kindy Open Day for children who will be attending Kindergarten in 2019 on Tuesday, November 6.
The open day will commence at 9am and children who have enrolled will receive a library bag containing information for parents on the kindergarten program and loads of goodies for children to use, all of which have been kindly donated by Unity Bank Collie and the Amaroo Parents and Citizens.
At the open day parents and children will be meeting the principal, deputy principals, Child and Parent Centre coordinator Carole English, Amaroo school nurse Kerry Armstrong and the kindergarten teachers.
There will be discussions about how to get children ‘school ready’ and how parents can support their child’s learning.
Morning tea will be supplied and the school’s student councillors will have activities for the children to participate in.
