A 30-year-old Collie woman has pleaded guilty to eight offences committed over a six-week period in the Collie Magistrates Court.
Ashley Una Ramirez appeared in court on Wednesday, November 21 to plead guilty to the offences, which included three separate incidents where she was caught driving without a license, committed between August 8 and September 17.
The offences also included three stealing charges, two of which occurred on the same day.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Greg Ward told the court Ramirez had stolen a bottle of Jack Daniels from Eaton Fair on August 9 before she drove off without paying for her petrol after filling up at Caltex in Treendale.
He also said Ramirez was identified from CCTV footage stealing food items, including milk, chocolate and muffins, from Coles in Collie on September 17.
Ramirez also pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle contrary to a defect notice on September 16 and possession of cannabis on August 17.
In addition to the guilty pleas, Ramirez pleaded not guilty to one count of failing to ensure a passenger aged between four and seven-years-old was properly restrained while in a vehicle, which also occurred on September 16.
She will reappear in court on December 12 to be sentenced.
