The Collie YouthCARE support team will be holding it's annual Carols and sausage sizzle event on Sunday December, 9.
The yearly event sees the community come together for a night filled of fun and Christmas-inspired performances.
All community members are welcome and encouraged to attend - watch and listen to the children singing, or playing an instrument, celebrating the season of Christmas, while enjoying a cool drink, sausage in a bun, and waving a candle.
All local schools including the Collie Senior High School orchestra will be taking part in the event.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Collie YouthCARE Council that supports keeping chaplains in all of Collie’s schools.
By purchasing any sausage in a bun, bacon and egg burger, veggie burger, or a drink you will be helping keep local schools staffed with chaplains.
The Collie YouthCARE support team said they are incredibly thankful to all the local businesses and volunteers, including all the local church denominations for their support throughout the year and they would not survive without their help.
The sizzle starts at 5pm, with the concert starting at 6pm in Central Park, at the Bendigo Bank Music Shell.
