Sheepfest 2019 was a great day the West Arthur Community should be proud off.
Stalls, fashion parade, working sheep dog displays, shearing competition are just some of the things to see throughout the day.
Beautiful morning weather warmed up throughout the day but didn’t deter the crowd from hanging around to enjoy the water slide and also watch the fun of the Dunking machine which raised over $2600 for the Dolly’s Dream cause, and then enjoy the band that played into the night.
It was the first year the event hosted the farm boot foot race which saw footballers up against farmers in a sprint race wearing their farm boots.
Organisers said farmers were the clear winners on the day.
