Members from Collie's State Emergency Services unit were sent to help firefighters tackling fires in the Shire of Esperance.
A group of 12 volunteers headed down on Wednesday, February 27 and returned on Sunday, March 3.
Three more volunteers were sent on Friday, March 1 and returned on Wednesday, March 6.
Department of Fire and Emergency Services South West region district officer of natural hazards Nick Elrick said volunteers from Australind, Bunbury, Collie and Pinjarra were all heading down to help.
"The volunteers are going down to do water bombing refilling, ground support, radio work, a bit of everything to try and help out," he said.
"It's great they get hands on experience."
