Bike Week, a week which celebrates and encourages riding for transport, fun and for a healthier lifestyle is being held from March 15 - 24.
This year Bike Week is delivered in partnership with the Department of Transport and WestCycle.
WestCycle chief executive officer Matt Fulton said Bike Week was a great initiative.
"Bike Week provides a great opportunity for new and novice riders of all ages and abilities to give bike riding a go and get involved in cycling," he said.
"Whether that is for transport, fun or for fitness, a range of events are on offer across Western Australia."
WestCycle is the peak cycling body in Western Australia. Established in 2011, they aim to make Western Australia's roads safer for cycling and communities more bike friendly.
