A nine-month-old baby girl died over the Easter long weekend in a crash along a dirt road, about 15kms from Collie.
Just after 10.30am on Saturday, April 20, emergency services were notified of a single vehicle rollover on a dirt road and attended the scene.
The baby, who was a passenger in the vehicle, received critical injuries and was taken by ambulance to the Collie Hospital, where she died a short time later.
The driver and an adult passenger received minor injuries.
Officers from Major Crash and Collie Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
