The YouthCARE chaplains employed at Collie's primary schools and secondary school had a dedication ceremony on Tuesday April 9.
The local YouthCARE Support Team was on hand to assist the Baptist Church hospitality team, and the chaplains, and guests.
The chaplains are very dedicated with the work they do on behalf of their respective schools, students, parents and staff to bring relief and assistance where needed.
While the chaplains work in schools, the YouthCARE Support Team is responsible for raising funds to assist in the employment of chaplains in our local schools.
The first fundraiser for the year, Christmas in July, will take place on July 27 with a dinner and concert.
The YouthCARE Support Team wishes to thank the Collie community for its wonderful support and its commitment to helping raise funds over the years.
A big thank you must go to the businesses in and around Collie that support the chaplaincy with grants and donations.
