It was Mick Jack who walked away with the win in last Saturday's 18-hole par event, sponsored by Bankwest.
On a day of moderate scoring, Mick was the only player to break par with his winning nett score of plus one.
Five players finished a shot behind the winner, with a countback deciding the minor place getters from second to sixth.
In the runner-up position was Steven Ireland, followed in third place by Greg Moyle before Phil Warburton, Paul Goodwin and Doug Crowe.
All of these players finished with a nett score square with the card.
Finishing with a score of one down and completing the vouchers were Clayton Flynn, Bruce Miller, Tony Barker-May and Brett Smith.
Bev Moyses won the ladies par event with her nett score of square.
Bankwest provided a lovely array of trophies for the best scores and also provided novelties on the day.

Scroungers:
Troy Briggs won last Thursday's nine-hole scroungers competition with a score of 20 stableford points. In the runner up position was his playing partner, Brad Swan, with 19 points, while the "in-form Thursday specialist", George Dorozenko took third place with his return of 18 points.
Vouchers went to Phil Eldridge and Peter Coombs for their 17 points return, while Bruce Miller also received a voucher for his 16 points.
Novelty winners were Bruce Jackson (4), Ross Davidson (6) and Rodney Simmonds (9).
Leisure Day:
Graham Williams enjoyed a good round in last Tuesday's 18-hole scroungers competition, finishing with 41 stableford points to win the event from a quartet of players on 37 points.
In countback order, these players were Paul Moyses, Rob Cavanagh, Rod Hayes and John Souter-Robertson (best vet).
Joe Italiano and David Laird were next, both finishing with a nett 36 while Wayne Waywood with 35 points, and Brett Smith, with 34 points, rounded out the vouchers. Novelties went to David Laird (4), Peter Coombs (9), Graham Williams (14) and Roger Hunter (18).
Sunday's Stoney Creek three-person golf classic proved to be a successful day.
Fourteen teams competed and the winners were Iain McCarrey, Peter McCarrey and Ian McCarrey from Fremantle and Ledge Point.
They scored 85 points and won on a countback from the local team of David Blurton, Ian Annandale and Jamie Pitchers. In third place, on 84 points, was another local team in Cara Swan, Brad Swan and Troy Briggs.
This week will be an 18-hole stableford competition, sponsored by Eric and Rhonda Annandale. Thursday is the usual scroungers competition, with leisure day next Tuesday, as normal.
