St Brigid's Primary School is busy getting ready to host a concert like no other.
Australian religious singer-songwriter Andrew Chinn will share some of his creations on Tuesday, July 2, between 1.45pm and 2.45pm.
After participating in the morning workshops, each class will get the chance to perform alongside Mr Chinn.
The school is inviting students, teachers, parents, and parishioners to take part in the event.
St Brigid's assistant principal Marcia Collins said the concert would provide fun, unique activities for a variety of age groups.
"Whenever we do our liturgical singing, we love listening to Andrew Chinn's music," she said.
"Mr Chinn will teach each class one song. There will then be a big performance at the end of the concert.
"Events like these are good for community engagement, our students, and our staff.
"Music has a very positive impact on the students' learning and development.
"We enjoy providing these kinds of opportunities for our classes."
Mr Chinn's songs are used in classrooms across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
