Some of Collie's many young achievers got the chance to showcase their talents on Wednesday, June 26.
Collie Senior High School's music, drama, media, and visual arts students took part in the 2019 Mid Year Arts Evening, at the Performing Arts Centre.
Community members came together to celebrate the students' achievements in Semester One.
The night began with the school's rock band performing Bob Dylan's Knockin' on Heaven's Door and The Cranberries' Zombie.
Brass musicians, guitarists, clarinettists, flutists, dancers, actors, and vocalists were applauded for their efforts throughout the night.
Directed by Instrumental Music Staff member Nick Vane, the Collie Combined Schools Concert Band delivered flawless renditions of Furioso (Robert W. Smith) and From Now On (Arr Paul, The Greatest Showman soundtrack).
The school would like to thank all the students, parents, and teachers involved in last month's event.
