Premier Coal has made a generous donation to the Collie Race Club, in time for Spring.
The company recently donated a state-of-the-art ride-on lawn mower to the club.
Collie Race Club treasurer Rosanne Pimm thanked Premier Coal for their overwhelming support.
"We endeavour to maintain our grounds at a high level with ongoing maintenance of the grassed areas that are essential for all locals and people from the wider region when they visit," she said.
"The new mower will save the groundskeeper time, be easier to operate, more comfortable and mow the lawns to a high standard."
The Collie Race Club hosts many popular community events each year.
Premier Coal operations manager Jim Falconer said they were more than happy to assist the club.
"Throughout the year, the Race Club holds many events that unite the community, bringing together locals and people from across Australia," he said.
"The purchase of a ride on mower will enable convenience when maintaining the lawn and guarantee the grounds are of a high quality."
The donation was part of the Premier Coal Community Support Program, which aims to make a positive difference in the local community.
