Bendigo Bank - Community Bank it is!!
Bendigo Bank Collie is definitely a plus for our community. Nothing is too much trouble for this team of professionals.
They are gold stars in customer service in my experience.
A certain bank closure recently in Collie again highlighted to myself the personal service they provide.
It is lovely to be able to walk into Bendigo or phone them and be able to be served at the counter without being told "no we don't do that "or "you will have to go outside and use the ATM".
Bearing in mind it doesn't matter if you're 80 or 13, apparently the art of customer service is nil and void in some banking establishments.
