The Collie Fossils Football Club held its end of season wind up on Saturday 14 September 2019.
Club President Michael Stocks thanked the committee, players and members for all their effort, support, playing, attending games and various social functions that were held throughout the year.
A first for the Fossils Club was the induction of life memberships this year.
Four long standing members were inducted and presented with a glass etched clock along with life membership badges. Their names will also be displayed on a wall plaque in the club.
Graham "Dozer" Latham, Robert "Robbie" Harrison, Ron "Ronnie" Winfield and Donald "Whopper" McGregor were presented with life membership by President Michael Stocks and Treasurer Anthony Peake.
The four men have been players, umpires, committee members and AFL Masters representatives throughout their many years of association with the club. Harrison is an inaugural member, being with the club since its inception of over 30 years.
