WA Police's Major Crash Unit is calling on locals for assistance into their investigation into a major crash on August 3.
A group of eight male youths were driving a purple Volvo 960 sedan in bushland off Collie-Williams Road, the vehicle had no registration plates and was towed to the area the day before.
About 9:30am on August 3, the teenage driver lost control of the vehicle during a turn resulting in the vehicle hitting a tree.

While the driver and three of the passengers received minor injuries, a 17-year-old male received serious spinal injuries and was airlifted by the RAC Rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital.
The teenager remains in hospital in recovery from the incident.
Major Crash investigators are asking anyone who may have seen the purple Volvo prior to the crash, or have dash-cam vision of the area on the day, to come forward.
