Elders Collie sales consultant Beth Chappell has been applauded for her efforts throughout 2019's real estate selling season.
Ms Chappell was named last year's No. 1 Residential Salesperson (Settled Sales) at the Elders Annual Real Estate Awards on April 3.
"I was very happy for the acknowledgement of hard work and dedication," she said.
"Elders are a wonderful company to work for and fully support you in every facet of your job.
"My co-workers also support me tremendously and are very proud of my achievements for which they have demonstrated to me."
Elders zone real estate manager - west, Drew Cary, described Ms Chappell as a kind, proactive, and determined sales consultant.
"This is an outstanding result - and well deserved," he said.
"It was recognition for a huge effort, and showed just how much Beth's customers really appreciate what she brings to real estate transactions.
"This isn't simply an award from Elders for Beth - it is a vote of confidence and trust in Beth by her customers.
"Without them - this wouldn't have been possible."
Mr Cary also congratulated the team at Elders Collie on their incredible achievements over many decades.
"Having a rep focused on delivering local knowledge and service full-time to the public makes all the difference, and definitely separates Elders Collie from our competitors who seem to take a less interested approach," he said.
"The office has been a mainstay of Collie life for over 30 years and is still there because Collie wants it to be there.
"We have to make sure that what we offer is still relevant and better than what the outsiders are offering - which is what I'm sure the team will continue to focus on."
