Sixteen cases of COVID-19 have now been linked to the central Victorian chicken producer Hazeldene's.
The newest figure is an increase on 10 from Saturday.
The first case at the chicken farm and processor was reported on Monday, August 3, and by Friday nine people working at the site had tested positive for COVID-19.
After the first case was confirmed, Hazeldene's asked 20 contractor team members and 14 employees to isolate themselves and await test results.
Under the Victorian public health commander's workplace directions, an employee is required to direct close contacts of a confirmed case to isolate, but must advise all workers to remain alert to symptoms and isolate if they become symptomatic.
Hazeldene's also shut down part of the processing plant in response and enacted its COVID-19 action plan.
It is also confirmed there are now 15 cases linked to smallgoods producer Don KR Castlemaine, which recorded its first case almost two weeks ago.
Under new state government regulations that came into force late Friday, both companies have had to reduce the number of people in the workplace and ensure everyone wears full person protective equipment.
Employees must also have their temperature taken every day, and undergo regular COVID-19 testing.
But the latest data from the Department of Health and Human Services shows another decrease in the daily number of new cases for the City of Greater Bendigo.
Greater Bendigo recorded another three new cases, bringing the number of active cases to 56 on Sunday.
On Saturday, there were five new cases, nine on Friday, and 10 on Thursday.
To date, the local government area has seen 68 confirmed cases of the illness.
One new case has been added to Macedon Ranges Shire's total tally, but the number of active cases has fallen from 29 to 25.
There have been no changes to numbers in other municipalities of central Victoria.
There are three active cases in Mount Alexander Shire, two in Loddon Shire, and one in Campaspe Shire.
Central Goldfields has seen one case and Gannawarra two, although they have no active cases.
