Police have charged a 23-year-old man with murder after the investigation into the death of a 33-year-old man on January 28.
The 33-year-old's body was found at the Bunbury Bus Station near the Graham Bricknell Music shell about 2.15am.
Police officers cordoned off the the area around the shell for their investigation and questioned the man in his 20s in relation to the incident.
On January 29, the 23-year-old Australind man was charged by police and he appeared in the Bunbury Magistrates Court on the same day.
