THE Collie Badminton Association held their 26th annual Country Teams Carnival over the weekend.
Players travelled from all around the region to make up six competitive teams for the round robin competition.
The teams were Bunbury 1, Bunbury 2, Bunbury 3, Collie, Denmark/Albany and Northcliffe.
Bunbury 1 took out the competition with 10 points and 62 games, with Northcliffe coming second on 8 points and 47 games.It was a great weekend being had by all who attended.
The Collie Badminton Association thanked Thomson's Discount Auto Parts, Reuben's Newsagency, Collie Garden Centre and Collie Dry Cleaners for their generous donations to our end of tournament raffle.
Anyone interested in playing badminton can come along to one of the clubs: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday morning ladies' clubs, or Thursday night mixed social.
