COLLIE played Dalyellup on the weekend, needing a win to have some hope of playing in the finals.
With no breeze and the sun shining it made for a good game.
Collie started well, passing the ball among each other and keeping the opposition out of the game.
Tashian Pierotti opened the scoring, passing several defenders then slamming the ball into the net.
Collie continued to dominate play and Kaidyn Watt took full advantage with a shot from outside the box into the corner of the net.
Then Pierotti helped himself to another two goals for the half with some help from midfielders Josh Soekinto, Dylan Gaynor, Brendon Murphy and Paddy Hann who made a brilliant crossed for the forward to tap into the net.
The second half was much the same as the first with Merwin Sunny having a great game in goal and Pierotti putting another past the keeper.
Jessica Carter received the ball at the end of the field and got past the defender then put the ball through the keeper's legs in her first goal in this division.
Collie tired a little near the end and Dalyellup got a couple of late goals but Collie came out on top with a 6-3 victory.
The back line kept the Dalyellup forwards quiet all day thanks to the efforts of Vinnie Pedulla, Declan O Connor, Jacob Isbel, Justin O Halloran, Kane Ellefsen and Declan Rochester.
Sunny received the Macdonald's voucher for his efforts in goal.
