A rescue helicopter was called to a crash scene in Lancelin on Sunday after reports of a person trapped in a car.
Two power poles were knocked down in the single vehicle crash on Indian Ocean Drive, near the intersection of Lancelin Road, in Lancelin.
It's believed four people were in the car when it crashed on Saturday.
The emergency rescue helicopter was expected to land at Royal Perth Hospital at around 3.00pm.
Two other patients were taken by road ambulance to Joondalup Hospital.
Police say Lancelin and Yanchep volunteer fire and rescue services helped free a person who was trapped.
The victims' conditions are not known.
