The 22-year-old capped off a dominant week to capture the victory over Clarissa Moore who won the 2013 and 2014 Margaret River Pro.
The win is Courtney Conlogue's third victory in Margaret River with wins in 2011 and 2012.
Coming back from an injury ravaged 2014, Conlogue topped her round one heat against Hawaiian Malia Manuel and Australian Dimity Stoyle.
Progressing into round three on Sunday, Conlogue was slightly behind Australian Tyler Wright and in front of South African Bianca Buitendag.
On paper, this set up an exciting round four clash against Stephanie Gilmore but injury forced the Australian to withdraw.
In the water early on Wednesday, Conlogue had a quarterfinal rematch against Tyler Wright and this time proved too strong with a top score of 8.10.
A 9.00 on her first wave in the semi-final which was followed by a 7.00, 6.87, 8.00, 8.53 and a 5.00 saw Conlogue progress to the grand final with victory over Hawaiian Malia Manuel.
Reigning Margaret River Pro champion and current world number one, Clarissa Moore took an early lead in the final with a solid 8.50.
Conlogue used the priority wave wisely to post a 6.67 and a 8.43 forcing Moore to score higher than 6.60 with eight minutes left on the clock
But Moore could only post a 4.63 to hand Conlogue victory.
The victory came with a cheque for $60,000 and lifts Conlogue into second on the world rankings.
