A 67-year-old homeless woman has been charged with arson following a fire at a house in Rockingham.
Police say Arson Squad officers went to the Gregson Street address on Thursday afternoon and established the fire had been deliberately lit.
A spokeswoman for the Fire and Emergency Services Authority said three fire tenders were sent to the blaze, two from Rockingham and one from Hope Valley.
The fire broke out around 12.50pm and was extinguished within half an hour.
It's estimated the fire caused around $50,000 in damage.
One person was in the property when the fire started but no one was injured in the blaze.
