FOR those following the Movember fundraising efforts of Jeff and Clint Riley, the results are in.
The father and son duo managed to raise $7,217 for men’s health.
Clint Riley said it had been a successful four weeks of fundraising.
“I would like to thank everyone for putting up with us and our Mo’s,” he said.
“The cake stall we had at the front of Bendigo Bank was a great success – it raised $1034 alone so thanks to all who helped.”
The WACA also donated a signed 2015-16 Western Warriors bat for auction – which was auctioned off.
Riley senior has decided to stick with new fashion accessory, while Clint has decided to grow out his beard.
Movember started as a discussion between a handful of mates and has now spread to Europe, America and Asia. The event has raised more than $685 million, funding 832 men’s health projects since its inception 2003.
In Australia, nearly 70,000 people participated in 2015, raising $16.5 million.
More than $70 million was raised worldwide.
