Businesses, community groups and not-for- profit organisations in the South West now have a helping hand to guide them through the process of connecting to faster internet as the National Broadband Network rolls out across the region.
Mike Hendry has been announced as the South West’s NBN advisor, a position created for the purpose of providing impartial advice and information about transitioning to the national broadband network.
Well-known from nearly 30 years with Australia Post, Mr Hendry was most recently involved with providing advice and assistance regarding the move to digital television.
“I’m looking forward to providing unbiased advice regarding the move to the NBN,” Mr Hendry said.
Mr Hendry is available for group presentations and onsite visits, as well as phone and email consultations.
