The Nationals candidate held a strong lead in the polls, with experts calling her win early on in the piece.
Ms Davies has held office in the Central Wheatbelt since March 2013. It was a result which saw her pick up the Water and Forestry portfolio and become the Nationals’ youngest ever government minister, at 35 years old.
The following year she added Sport and Recreation to her list of duties.
Before her time in the Central Wheatbelt, Ms Davies represented the Agricultural Region from 2009 to 2013.
With 25.3 per cent of the vote counted, Ms Davies has won 73.4 per cent of the two-party preferred count, a massive swing of 14.1 per cent towards her.
