Two Collie people were fined in the Collie Magistrates Court recently after failing roadside drug tests.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Greg Ward told the court police pulled over Perry John Ugle at 11.30pm on September 28 to conduct a roadside test.
When Ugle was unable to provide saliva for the drug swipe, he was taken to Collie Hospital for a blood test.
Sergeant Ward said the blood test was positive for methylamphetamine, amphetamine and cannabis.
Ugle was fined $400 and ordered to pay a $1600 analysis fee.
Sergeant Ward said police had also pulled over Kirsten Anne Leahy at 10.30am on September 2 to conduct a test.
He said Leahy was found to have methylamphetamine, amphetamine and cannabis in her system.
She was fined $800, disqualified from driving for six months and ordered to pay a $1700 analysis fee.
